Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including some bank holidays)
Split shifts - 05:45 - 14:15 and 08:30-17:00

What will you be doing?
Managing a team of operatives who collect waste from outside residential properties
Assist with the booking of staff in/out, training of staff and liaising with the client waste officers
Assist in the management and control of sickness/absence levels
Ensure that the fleet is kept clean, to investigate any accidents/damage
Understand and operate all operational software systems for service and vehicle compliance, as well as safety reporting
Proactively engage with staff across the contract
Provide cover during the Supervisor's absence.
What are we looking for?
Previous management experience within a busy operational environment
Good Health & safety knowledge
Operational / manual handling experience
