About the Role

As the Lead .NET Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365, you’ll drive backend feature delivery and lead a team of engineers through day-to-day execution, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Partnering closely with Product Management and stakeholders, you’ll refine requirements, estimate scope and capacity, and cultivate a high-performing, learning-focused team culture. 

What You'll Do
  • Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
  • Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
  • Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
  • Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
  • Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
  • Make technical decisions
  • Lead and involve others into code reviews
  • Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation
  • Communicate with the project’s stakeholders
  • Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of software development in commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developers
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility
  • Result-oriented, proactive approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Technical mindset with great attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • English proficiency level sufficient to communicate with international teams
