大专（或同等）以上学历。机电、自动化、电子、电气等相关专业优先 2年以上工厂生产管理工作经验 熟悉机械/电气产品组装过程，有线束组装/压装经验 熟悉电气操作规程，对1000V，380V电压有概念， 了解如三坐标、万用表、高压测试仪、示波器等常见测量工具/仪器，能够操作者加分 能够无障碍阅读并理解工厂工艺/质量等体系文件（中文），并培训下属员工 能操作Word、Excel等办公软件。 能够进行英文基本识读 工作态度端正、严谨，责任心强，具备良好的沟通、协调和团队合作能力。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
协助运营经理，进行生产现场设备、人员管理 主导班组内例会。 领取装配的生产物料。 根据生产订单和实际生产情况，开展生产工作安排，控制装配生产进度，保质保量按期完成生产任务 依据异常处理规定，对装配生产过程发生的异常，进行审核、处理、报告和记录。 制定本岗位年度工作目标，并展开分析和改善活动以达成目标。 执行EHS相关措施，展开班次内的安全宣导、监督，并且承担事故的管理责任。 配合品质部、工程技术的要求，执行品质改善、效率提高等相关措施。 记录和审核各项生产报表，确保其真实、准确。 策划和推行实施班次内的5S工作。 培训下属，对培训效果进行考核、跟踪，制定下属的年度培训计划。 监督下属的职责履行情况，实施分层审核，并完成下属的绩效考核。 提出装辅助消耗品的采购申请。 协助完成上司安排的其它工作任务。
