Roles and Responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Develop and execute mass and bulk hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding for high volumes of candidates.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to drive continuous improvement and report on hiring progress.
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the high-volume hiring process.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles.
Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align on needs and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to support bulk hiring efforts.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
