What you will do in this role
As a Team Leader, you will:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of call center associates, including attendance and performance monitoring in line with company policies and legal requirements
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback sessions to ensure performance metrics and KPIs are consistently achieved
Identify performance gaps, create action plans, and implement corrective measures when needed
Ensure the service delivered meets contractual KPIs and financial targets
Communicate clear expectations and provide timely updates to your team
Act as a point of escalation for complex customer interactions, providing support and solutions
Lead team meetings to share updates, encourage collaboration, and gather feedback
Organize and promote team engagement activities
Stay up to date with internal processes, policies, and procedures, and participate in ongoing leadership training
Promote company values through a positive attitude and strong team advocacy
Your qualifications
You’ll be a great match if you:
Are fluent in Polish or Dutch (native/C2 level) and have a good level of English (B2 or higher) Mandatory
Have at least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role in a BPO environment - Mandatory
Are highly motivated, with a strong ability to coach and develop team members
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can effectively prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Have strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team
Are flexible and willing to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule
Eligibility Criteria (for internals only)
Current job tenure: at least 6 months in Concentrix
Exemplary record: no sanctions in the last 6 months AND less than 5% unjustified absenteeism in the last 3 months
Achievement of objectives: more than 80% of project performance objectives met during the last 3 months
Language(s): Polish C2 or Dutch C2 + Eng B2
Work arrangement: WFO 24/7
