About the role:
Working within the Healthcare market and based in Macquarie Park, we are looking for a warm, people‑focused Team Leader who thrives in a collaborative, high‑growth environment. You’ll join our innovative and market‑leading Healthcare Division in NSW, where your ability to foster strong relationships and empower others will be highly valued.
Ecolab Healthcare plays a meaningful role in supporting CSSD’s, Endoscopy and infection control departments with reliable medical devices, equipment, chemistry, hand care and service solutions.
You’ll lead, support, and develop a team of Account Managers who care for our valued customers across New South Wales. Your guidance will help them nurture customer partnerships, retain and grow business, and introduce new solutions. You will also manage a portfolio of your own customer.
Key responsibilities:
Inspire and guide your team by offering supportive leadership, clear communication and ongoing development.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to contribute to shared sales and profitability goals.
Introduce new product offerings to existing customers and potential clients.
Encourage continuous improvement across sales planning, management and execution processes.
Build lasting, trust‑based relationships through professionalism, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Coach and mentor team members to achieve their development goals, grow their confidence, and contribute to team success.
Travel within NSW, including occasional overnight stays.
You will naturally bring:

Your experience ideally includes:
A proven background in people leadership, with the willingness and confidence to step into the next phase of your leadership journey.
Experience within the Healthcare industry, preferably with knowledge or established networks in the NSW region.
A full, unrestricted driver’s license.
