• Superviser et animer l’activité de sa zone :
  • Accueillir et former les nouveaux membres de l’équipe
  •  S’assurer du respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
  •  Organiser l’activité et la charge de travail en tenant compte du planning de présence et en optimisant les ressources
  •  Se rendre constamment disponible pour l’équipe
  •  Communiquer les indicateurs et les performances de son périmètre

• Garantir les délais dans les opérations :
  •  Répartir les opérateurs entre les différents postes de l’entrepôt
  •  Lancer et cadencer les opérations de son périmètre
  •  Analyser les manquants (composants, PF, consommables, matériel) pour assurer les opérations et remonter l’information aux services concernés en cas de risque
  •  Effectuer les saisies informatiques liées à l’activité de son périmètre

• Participer aux chantiers de transformation et d’amélioration continue de son périmètre,

• Collaborer avec les différents métiers du site, des services supports et connexes,

• Rédiger ou contribuer à la mise à jour des standards opérationnels de son périmètre,

• Manager les équipes
