Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Audits & Compliance

• Monthly physical inventory audits at dealership

• Review books and reconcile stock records with system entries.

• Coordinate with dealers for missing information, queries.

• Coordination & Reporting

• Share audit schedules and book stock details with vendors for physical audits.

• Prepare and publish monthly audit reports for management and department heads.

• Provide audit fee details to the Taxation team and follow up for payments.

• Dealer Interaction

• Follow up with dealers for retail net-off cases, registered cases, and demo-to-used conversions.

• Ensure adequate insurance coverage for inventory lines and stock.

• System & Process Management

• Coordinate digital audits and manage DAS application access.

• Support month-end activities like stock creation, publishing limits, and demo conversions.

• Assist in internal and statutory audits.

• Geofence Digital Audit Implementation

• Coordinate with Head Quarter and IT teams to enable Geofence features.

• Validate application functionality, write test cases, and conduct dealer training sessions.

• Resolve issues raised during digital audits and ensure smooth execution.

Key skills & knowledge:

• Knowledge on Excel, PDF, Word.

• Would be advantageous to have exposure to Geofence Application, DAS, Wholesale Financing System etc.

• Inventory Audit experience is a MUST

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com/M.Com

• Must have worked in a CA Firm / Audit firm in the audit function.
