What You'll Do
Ensure the delivery of the finished goods, while respecting the production plan and quality standards.
● Manage workflows and operators skills to optimize productivity.
● Ensure compliance of production procedures.
● Guarantee that finished goods meet quality standards.
● Maintain a positive social climate in the workshop.
● Assist garment operators in their functions.
● Communicate with the operators.
Key Responsibilities:
● Approve production start.
