What you will do in this role
As a Team Leader, you will:
Provide daily supervision to a group of customer engagement Advisors.
Effectively provide regular performance coaching sessions, team meetings and team engagement activities.
Utilise team strengths and mentor game-changers to achieve Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
Ensure game-changer compliance of Concentrix internal policies and procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Completed the Aspire to Be program (essential)
Previous experience on CitiBank account (essential)
Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and English
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Work well under pressure
Are confident mentoring, coaching and providing development to game-changers
Are a highly motivated individual, who strives to achieve performance expectations
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
