Roles & Responsibilities
SALES AND MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for the overall region sales activities of acquiring new customers and retaining existing assigned high-value non-borrowing business customers by: Achieving the assigned deposit growth and fee-based income target -Aggressively cross-selling Enterprise Banking wealth solution, cash management solutions and other banking solutions.
- Reaching out to potential business sectors and generate sustainable and quality inflow of potential leads.
- Achieving the assigned region target and expectation
- Work closely with the team members to engages relevant stakeholders in all marketing, business and promotional activities in ensuring effective and quality sales and service standard. o Manage sales processes to ensure compliance to Bank prescribed level of service standards.
- Provide support and assistance to other Departments/Divisions within the Bank with matters relating to the assigned segment
- Ensure timely submission of sales performance related report.
- Maintains high compliance and sales discipline benchmark in accordance to Bank’s and regulatory guidelines.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with top customers of the assigned customer base to enhance banker-customer relationship ultimately to ensure better service quality.
- Contributes suggestions on customer retention strategies and programs.
- Participates in all product development and customer engagement activities for cash management and business wealth for the targeted segment.
- Attend to all customer-related feedback in ensuring prompt service recovery if any.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education qualification: Diploma/ Degree holder
More than 5 years experience as relationship manager. Proven good performance track records. Preferably someone with the experience of managing a team before
Outgoing personality won’t be shy to meet new clients and existing to bank clients
Result oriented, aggressive and performance driven personality
Strong leadership skills to drive teamwork synergy and performance excellence
Preferably to be able to converse in multilanguage/ dialects
Possess following mandated insurance license by the division:
PCEIA Life & General, Family & General Takaful, CEILI, IPPC & FIMM (as and when required by the Division), Family & General Takaful, CEILI, IPPC & FIMM (as and when required by the Division)
