As a Night Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Night Manager in running and efficient and production replenishment operation, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for the customers each morning. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the night manager in smooth running of the night shift

  • Oversee delivery intake and ensure stock is worked to the shop floor safely and within agreed time scales.

  • Monitor and manage Colleague productivity and performance, providing clear direction and motivation.

  • Allocate tasks effectively across departments to maximise availability for the next trading day.

  • Maintain high standards of stock presentation, merchandising and store cleanliness.

  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment is ideal but not essential - We take into account transferable skills.

  • A willingness to take on responsibility and support others.

  • Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.

  • Flexibility - Shift nights and hours could change depending on leadership cover - But enquire with us to tell you more.

This is a fixed term position with the look to permanent after 12 weeks probation.
