- To meet the assigned regional KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI) through proactive and consistent sales activities including NTB acquisition, ETB farming and cross selling, etc.
- Responsible for the growth in deposits and fee-based income (wealth solutions) for the assigned Enterprise Banking Division high value non-borrowing business customers.
- Increased the customer stickiness and product holding by aggressively cross-selling wealth solutions such as Bancassurance/ Takaful, cash management solutions and etc.
- Proactively managing all action plans to grow new relationship, retaining and deepening existing high value customer portfolio
- Consistently analyze/ review customers/ team members portfolio in order to be able to continuously identify opportunities for banking solution upselling and cross selling initiatives
- Build and maintain customer relationship to ensure desirable customer experience and satisfaction
