Responsibilities:
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the Revenue Operations area
Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Management and optimization of sales processes, lead management, and CRM structures
Analysis of market trends and identification of growth and business opportunities
Close collaboration with relevant interfaces to align lead generation and sales activities
Monitoring of relevant KPIs and preparation of reports on sales performance for management
Coaching and further development of the team to promote a performance-oriented sales culture
Profile:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification
Experience in sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales controlling/steering
Initial leadership experience as well as the ability to develop and motivate teams
Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating sales KPIs and market analyses
Confident handling of CRM systems and data-driven sales processes
Strong communication skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good German skills and good English skills
