Job Summary**
As a Team Lead at PVH CANADA, INC, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives within a dynamic retail or corporate environment. You will foster a positive and productive work atmosphere, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Job Responsibilities**
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal workload distribution and timely completion.
* Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
* Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with management to implement new strategies, initiatives, and process improvements.
* Contribute to scheduling, inventory management, and other operational tasks as required.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications**
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a retail, fashion, or corporate setting.
* Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or relevant certification is an asset.
