PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Promote and develop safety awareness and adherence to safe work practices.

  • Accountability for the execution of the sales strategy, sales decisions, lead generation and prospecting, customer interface etc.

  • P&L accountability for the industrial packaged gas, including sales, price enhancement & new signings.

  • Execute on new account initiation according to the set targets

  • Accountable for achieving DSO and Receivables targets.

  • Managing dealers’ business and AP agent (if any).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience

  • Diploma/Degree from accredited institutions preferred but not mandatory.

  • Technical and application background on welding, analyzer application, or sales experience in industrial gas industry, is preferred

  • Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails

  • Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills

  • Driving skill is mandatory
