Team Lead, Multi-Intelligence Collection Management provides senior-level leadership and subject matter expertise in support of U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) J2 intelligence collection planning and operations. This role leads and coordinates multi-INT collection management activities to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues within the cyber domain. The position delivers all-source analytic and collection support to operations, investigations, and intelligence planning by integrating collection strategies with USCYBERCOM mission priorities and intelligence gaps.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
Lead and execute multi-intelligence collection management in support of USCYBERCOM intelligence planning, operations, and investigations.
Develop, validate, and implement collection strategies, postures, and plans to address USCYBERCOM intelligence and information gaps.
Apply expert knowledge of all-source collection disciplines and systems, including SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, IMINT, and GEOINT,
Crosswalk tactical collection requirements to strategic objectives to ensure alignment with command priorities.
Validate, coordinate, draft, submit, and maintain formal USCYBERCOM cyber intelligence requirements.
Utilize intelligence collection and requirements management systems, including CSRP, COLISEUM, CHROME, NHRTC, and OSCAR-MS.
Participate in strategic boards, bureaus, committees, centers, and working groups (B2C2WG) to plan, coordinate, and de-conflict standing and ad hoc collection efforts across organizational boundaries.
Required Experience
Extensive experience in multi-INT collection management supporting cyber operations and intelligence planning.
Demonstrated expertise in intelligence collection management systems, databases, and processes.
Working knowledge of USCYBERCOM, subordinate organizations, command relationships, and Intelligence Community coordination mechanisms.
Experience supporting strategic and operational-level intelligence planning, including participation in B2C2WG forums.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing formal intelligence requirements, collection strategies, and operational documentation.
Ability to lead teams, manage complex workflows, and coordinate across joint, interagency, and IC stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting USCYBERCOM J2, NSA, or Cyber Mission Forces.
Familiarity with GEOINT portfolio management and GIMS within a JIOC environment.
Experience developing collection strategies aligned to delegated SIGINT authorities and cyber mission alignment.
Prior leadership experience as a team lead or senior collections manager.
Completion of Certified Collections Management Professional -Fundamentals (CCMP-F)
EDUCATION:
Master’s degree with 12 years related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 17 years related experience. Degree desired in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
US citizenship required
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:
Top Secret, SCI eligible and ability to pass a CI polygraph
