As Team Lead Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy and our operational marketing for the German market. You will lead a small team and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications to drive impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Team Lead Brand & Marketing Communications, you will have significant influence on marketing decisions and budget allocation.
Lead and Collaborate: You lead a team of Marketing Managers (disciplinary and functional), fostering collaboration within your team and across departments.
Plan and Manage: You coordinate annual marketing planning for Germany, define objectives and KPIs, and manage a marketing budget, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Drive Campaigns: You take operational ownership of marketing initiatives that support sales growth and customer retention, planning and evaluating campaigns to reduce churn.
Ensure Brand Consistency: You ensure consistent brand communication across all channels and touchpoints.
Innovate with AI: You introduce and integrate AI tools and workflows to enhance marketing productivity, automation, and campaign performance.
Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Solid marketing background with a track record of creating impact.
Expertise: Proven experience in operational marketing (online and offline) as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies in B2B or B2C environments.
Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budget management.
Tech Savvy: Experience with AI-based marketing tools and driving adoption of AI-enabled processes.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
Strategic & Hands-on: You combine strategic thinking with a strong operational approach and enjoy turning ideas into concrete, high-quality outcomes.
Communicative & Influential: You excel in stakeholder management and use clear, persuasive communication to align people and drive decisions forward.
Analytical: You are skilled in measuring campaign performance, interpreting data confidently and deriving actionable insights.
Leadership: You have gained your first leadership experience (e.g. as a project or team lead), lead with clarity and humility, create structure and focus, and enable others to do their best work.
Collaborative: You thrive in teamwork, build strong partnerships across functions and contribute actively to shared goals.
