LOCATION: This is a fully onsite position based at our Madison, WI site. Unfortunately, relocation assistance is NOT provided.

DESCRIPTION:
Lead a team of manufacturing professionals in a quality-focused environment. Promote operational excellence while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in the production of scientific instruments and solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and cultivate a culture of innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while developing team members' capabilities. Oversee daily operations including resource planning, schedule execution, and performance management to deliver products that enable our customers to make positive global impact.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree with no prior experience, OR Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop team members
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in clean room environment and wear required PPE
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, pushing/pulling equipment
• May need work rotating shifts including nights/weekends as needed
• Experience with quality systems and documentation control
• Multilingual skills beneficial for global collaboration
• Ability to handle complex technical and personnel issues independently
• Experience with production planning and resource management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
