As our HR Team Lead, you will be the primary HR partner for a dedicated business unit, guiding our teams across North America, India, and the Philippines. While you won't have direct reports, you will be a key leader, ensuring our global HR teams work together to provide outstanding support.

This role is perfect for someone who excels at advising business leaders and has deep expertise in core HR functions. You will partner with leadership to connect our people strategy with business goals, build effective teams, and create a positive and high-performing experience for all employees.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver HR solutions that align with their goals, focusing on performance management, employee relations, and talent planning.

  • Global Collaboration: Act as the central connection for our regional HR teams. You will guide and influence HR partners to ensure consistent and efficient service for your business unit.

  • Team Development: Collaborate with the larger HR team to share and implement best practices across the organization.

  • Employee Relations: Advise leaders and employees on complex employee relations issues, including performance coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.

  • Performance & Talent: Lead performance management cycles, from goal setting to reviews. Coach leaders on having effective performance and development conversations.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Gain hands-on exposure to M&A activities, supporting the people-side of organizational changes and integrations.

  • Engagement & Culture: Develop and lead initiatives that strengthen our company culture, promote inclusion, and improve the employee experience.

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated growth in your career, preferably as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist supporting teams in multiple locations.

  • Deep experience in employee relations, performance management, and advising leadership.

  • A proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR).

  • Experience working with global HR teams, particularly in India or the Philippines.

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday.

  • Experience supporting a remote or hybrid workforce.
