The Position

Team Lead Engineering Submission Data and Content Generation & Reuse 

As a Team Lead Engineering Submission Data and Content Generation & Reuse (Engineering Manager), you will focus on capabilities development of your team members that align with the function’s vision. Description of the area

Submission Document Generation and Structured Content Management: This unit focuses on modernizing the creation and management of regulatory submission document content. It develops and deploys platforms for structured content management, enabling the reuse of approved components across documents. This group also pioneers the use of agentic AI to assist in generating, reviewing, and assembling complex submission documents and its reuse across the entire clinical development valuestream, aiming to improve quality and reduce authoring timelines. This unit is also responsible to identify synergies and develop common content models, access clinical development and harmonize use of common model and architecture across multiple different functional areas (Clinical development, Market Access, Pharma Technical Regulatory etc). This position serves as a key strategic liaison and a primary communication channel between the dedicated business function and the RDT organization. It is critical in ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business needs, and responsible for co-creating and managing the technology strategy and portfolio to drive business outcomes.

  • Champion Innovation: You will pioneer the use of agentic AI and structured content management to modernize regulatory submission workflows.

Who you are

We are looking for a visionary leader who combines technical depth with a passion for people development:

  • Proven Leader: You possess 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

  • Industry Expert: You bring 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.

  • Formally Qualified: You hold a Bachelor or advanced degree with a specification in Business or IT.

  • Agile Mindset: You exhibit a lean and agile mindset with a deep understanding of software development or service delivery methodologies.

  • Servant Leader: You demonstrate servant and creative leadership (VACC) behaviors, empowering individuals to act autonomously.

  • Strategic Architect: You understand solution and process architecture and can create clarity regarding team outcomes in complex environments.

  • Domain Specialist: You have a deep understanding of regulatory submission data and document artifacts for the major health authorities (FDA, MHRA, EMA) and experience implementing structured data and content automation solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN-425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
