Team Lead – End User Sales – Mid-Atlantic RSO
The Team Lead – End User, will interact with all levels of Allegion employees and customers while providing direction to the End User Consultant team and driving revenue opportunities. This position will lead the End User Consultant sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to the full product portfolio of Allegion security products and services while directing the strategy around pursuing and gaining new End User customers in all vertical markets.

What You Will Do:
Partner with Project Sales Manager to create, implement, and execute annual business plan.
Lead the End User sales team in accomplishing revenue, strategic, pricing, and expense goals.
Utilize sales and management background/experience to mentor, coach and develop End User sales consultants.
Responsible for performance management, talent review, employee development, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Implement and manage new construction/aftermarket strategies with End User sales team.
Drive End User sales team’s use of CRM software to generate, pursue and track sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and Allegion team.
Maintain excellent industry/territory knowledge by gathering market data of competitive activity.
Provide comprehensive reports to Project Sales Manager and RVP of Sales as required.
Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance.
Continuous communication with team to ensure employee engagement in business initiatives, strategy and overall direction. Host (and present at) team meetings on a continuous basis.
Participate in internal product and program deployment teams.
What You Need to Succeed:
High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Technical field preferred
3+ years End User or Distribution sales experience and demonstrated leadership experience preferred
Ability to travel 50%
Knowledge of mechanical and electronic solutions, including options spanning from mechanical access/egress control to total facility integration
Basic understanding of electricity and electronic components
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action
Strong customer focus
Industry specific experience

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
The expected Total Compensation Range: $110,000-$190,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
