About the Job
We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee EDI operations across Europe and Asia. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth flow of critical business data, lead a skilled team, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimise processes, reduce errors, and deliver operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Manage EDI Operations: Oversee mission-critical EDI transactions for Wholesale and Vendor partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead and Develop the Team: Guide Analysts to maintain seamless processing of orders, shipments, invoices, and related data.
Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with customers and internal teams to deliver effective EDI solutions.
Optimise SAP Processes: Manage SAP set-up and continuous improvements for Europe and Asia.
Reduce Errors and Improve Processes: Implement error-proofing methods, resolve transmission issues, and drive system changes.
Reporting and Insights: Lead EDI reporting strategy and use data analysis to enhance order fulfilment efficiency.
Support Global Initiatives: Represent EDI in global projects and ensure alignment with business priorities.
About You
Experience with EDI messages reading / understanding – EDIFACT (PRICAT, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC, SLSRPT, INVRPT, etc.) and X12 (850, 855, 856, 810, 860, etc.)
Experience with gap analysis, mapping specifications preparation.
Experience with SAP IDOCs, EDI t-codes, SAP EDI setup.
Experience with EDI customers onboarding and leading new implementation projects – requirements gathering / gap analysis / mapping specs / testing / coordination with customers, business and technical teams (SI, PI) / post go-live support.
General understanding of communication protocols, e.g. AS2, SFTP.
Experience with daily support of OTC EDI processes (SAP EDI and mappings issue resolution, root cause analysis).
This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is 195,400 PLN - 260,500 PLN per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
