Team Lead Delivery

What you'll do as Team Lead Delivery  

• Lead daily operations with clarity and energy, ensuring strong execution and quality
• Inspire, coach, develop, and empower team members by leading through example and working alongside them to unlock their full potential
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement Build trusted client relationships and proactively manage expectations
• Challenge, improve and standardize processes, boost efficiency and quality, and elevate service delivery 
• Support the translation of strategy into action and identify opportunities to improve and grow 
• In addition, you will be actively involved within the team and with our customers, and you will bring the necessary knowledge, expertise and experience (e.g., (business) consultancy or technical skills).

What you'll bring to the team:   

• Proven experience in IT consultancy (Ideally IAM/IGA) with experience translating business into technical requirements and coordinating implementations
• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role with a strong background in organization and operational coordination.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration and coaching capabilities
• Excellent communication (influencing, persuading, and motivating) skills in Dutch and B2 in English.
• Confident in conflict resolution and decision-making
• Highly analytical with solid team management skills.
• Experience identifying commercial opportunities that contribute to organizational success. 
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
