1. Team Leadership & Operations
Build, lead, and mentor a resilient Data & Analytics team covering first and second level support.
Ensure continuous availability and reliability of services in close alignment with global teams.
Establish and maintain clear service documentation, including operational runbooks and escalation procedures.
Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and workload distribution across the team.
Coordinate with global service owners to ensure consistent service delivery quality.
2. Service Management & Quality
The India team will cover operational delivery across two core Service Clusters:
Cluster 1 – Data Management Services
Data Engineering – building and maintaining data pipelines.
Business Intelligence – Power BI platform, data models, and reports
Master Data Management (MDM) – data governance and data quality operations
Enterprise Data Provisioning (APIs and Interfaces)
Data Platform Management – database and platform administration
Cluster 2 – AI & Business Process Automation Services
Power Apps – low-code app development and maintenance
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – workflow automation
Copilot Studio – conversational automation and AI agents.
Machine Learning (ML) – model execution and monitoring
AI Platform Management – ensuring stable and scalable AI environments
Responsibilities include:
Managing incidents, requests, and enhancements according to ITIL best practices
Continuously improving service reliability, knowledge base quality, and process efficiency
Ensuring close collaboration and transparency with global leads and service leads
3. Requirements Engineering & Communication
Function as a bridge between global business users and the Shared Service Centre delivery team.
Support the team in understanding and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Establish best practices and training for requirements gathering and documentation.
Ensure clarity and alignment in all handovers between global and India-based service teams.
4. Continuous Improvement & Project Readiness
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization within Data & Analytics services.
Prepare the team for scaling into project delivery, including smaller automation or data integration projects.
Support knowledge transfer from global initiatives to steady state operations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role.
Proven experience with IT service operations and service delivery management (ITIL framework preferred)
Experience in Business Intelligence, Business Process Automation, or Data Management
Strong background in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and communication
Technical Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Power Platform, Azure, Power BI)
Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and integration frameworks
Basic knowledge of automation and AI-based tools desirable
Proficiency in documentation and ticketing tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Matrix, etc.)

Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
