Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Capital Markets Transaction Management team, driving talent growth, performance management, and organizational alignment.
Expand team capabilities in line with CMG’s growth strategy, ensuring balanced geographic and sector coverage.
Oversee resource planning and scalability, including FTE management and operational excellence.
Own pitch support and marketing material delivery, ensuring high-quality, client-ready outputs.
Design and implement a scalable consulting model to streamline transaction execution and strengthen deal teams.
Drive business development initiatives, including market trend analysis, competitive positioning, and adoption of AI-driven tools.
Lead digital enablement and operational excellence, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of new platforms and processes.
Act as a key stakeholder interface, managing executive-level communications and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge & Experience:
Proven track record in Capital Markets or Investment Banking, with deep understanding of transaction processes (buy-side and sell-side).
Strong experience in leading teams, including talent development, performance management, and organizational alignment.
Expertise in transaction execution and infrastructure management, including data room platforms and process optimization.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable operating models to support complex deal environments.
Solid background in business development and market positioning, including pitch strategy and client-ready material preparation.
Familiarity with digital platforms and technology enablement (e.g., deal management tools, AI-driven solutions).
Advanced skills in stakeholder management and executive-level communication, ensuring strategic alignment across functions.
Strong analytical capabilities for trend analysis, capacity planning, and reporting to support senior management decisions.
