Job Summary:
With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Team Lead - Business Intelligence to join our team of experts in Bangalore responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis. The ideal candidate must have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. The Analytics Team Lead will work closely with leaders across product, sales, and marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.

They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow. They will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes. The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
  • Design and implement BI data models, reporting structures, and dashboards that enable effective data visualization and analysis.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in BI technologies and best practices and recommend their adoption as appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison between the Operations and Client-side stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data within the BI systems by implementing data governance practices and data quality controls.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, with a significant portion of a client facing capacity.
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Big Query, Looker Studio, and advanced Google Sheets formulas.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with a track record of designing and developing insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Has end to end knowledge on Sales process.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and user experience design principles.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment is a plus.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management
  • Economics
  • Computer and Information Science required
  • master's degree preferred.
