Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish a comprehensive one-stop solution to meet all data needs, streamlining access and improving efficiency for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective data maintenance practices, resulting in error-free reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor business dynamics and ensure all data points tracking is in place for data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end development of business review decks and facilitated the preparation of way forward planning initiatives to ensure future performance goals are achieved.
  • Proactively monitor headcount to identify potential attrition, swiftly alerting senior management to maintain optimal staffing levels and support operational efficiency.
  • Team Management - delegating tasks, reviewing outcomes, and ensuring successful delivery and alignment with objective.
  • Stakeholder Management - Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams, to understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery, fostering effective communication and driving project success.
  • Design quarterly incentive planning programs within budget and evaluate them based on established criteria to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of monthly billing activities and submissions, ensuring compliance with contractually capped limits on billable hours.
  • Performance Management - Share the weekly performance analysis and impact analysis.
  • Able to quickly understand the product/business and share ideas of existing tools and ecosystem improvements.
  • Advanced Reporting and Statistical Knowledge on Descriptive and Predictive analysis is preferable.
  • Client-facing communication skills with an ability to lead and contribute on meetings.
  • Prior experience working in Google Environment/Projects is preferred.


Technical Skill :

  • SQL, Lookerstudio.
  • PowerBI, Google Sheets.
  • Statistical Analysis and Models building.
  • Client-Facing Communication.
  • Prior Exp in Google Ecosystem.


 

Educational Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.).
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).
