  • Contribute to resource planning and talent development across the PDS function.
  • Represent PDS across the broader Cirium organisation, advocating for team value and impact.
  • Track team performance, contribution, and value delivery.
  • Carry out management responsibilities in line with RELX, Data Services, and Cirium processes (e.g., performance management, development planning, absence management).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of supporting people’s growth and performance.
  • Comfortable leading a distributed, multicultural team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
