About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Team Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to up to six leaders within the Sales and Go-to-Market organization. This role involves handling multiple tasks with agility, responding quickly to team needs, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys taking initiative in handling a variety of reactive tasks to support revenue-generating activities.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Calendar Coordination: Manage and respond to ad-hoc scheduling requests from VPs, updating calendars in real-time, and resolving conflicts quickly by coordinating with other administrative staff, customers, partners, and prospects.

  • Travel Arrangements: Assist in researching flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for customer meetings, sales conferences, and field events.

  • Task Tracking and Follow-ups: Respond promptly to requests from leaders for meeting preparation, research, or document creation. Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Ad Hoc Projects: Managing ad-hoc projects

  • Meeting Support: Provide event support for sales kickoffs, customer events, and quarterly business reviews, assisting with logistical details like catering, venue set-up, and resolving any last-minute issues.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Graduate preferred, but not essential

  • Location: Open to remote work, but there will be travel required for team meetings and company events

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more additional European languages highly desirable

  • Skills:

    • Ability to handle multiple reactive tasks and prioritize based on urgency in a sales-driven environment

    • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders

    • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred

    • Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet sales deadlines

Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting sales teams or revenue operations

  • Familiarity with supporting Senior Directors or executive-level staff in sales organizations

  • Experience handling expense reports for field sales activities and coordinating customer meeting logistics

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry or B2B technology sales processes
