T&E Analyst

Position Summary:

The T&E Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s Travel & Expense (T&E) operations with a primary focus on corporate card administration, compliance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The role ensures efficient management of card programs, maintains operational controls, and provides high-quality support to cardholders and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of corporate card programs, including new card applications, cancellations, limit adjustments, and cardholder updates.

• Monitor card usage and proactively resolve cardholder issues, working closely with the card provider.

• Prepare and deliver standard and reports for management review.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records for operational and audit purposes.

• Provide day-to-day support to cardholders regarding card usage, policy questions, and system navigation.

• Act as a point of contact for T&E card-related inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.

• Participate in and contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the T&E card function.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Relevant associate degree or equivalent work experience considered.

Experience:

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred.

• Prior exposure to T&E card program administration and Concur system is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with financial reporting and card program concepts is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting or expense management principles.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (min. B2).

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to support cardholders professionally.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
