TD Talent Lab – Summer Internship
Only grade 11 and 12 students that completed the TD Talent Lab program in partnership with Pathways Rexdale, YWCA, MINA, or the TDS & TDSB Mentorship Program during the 2024-2025 school year are eligible to apply. Any applicants that do not meet this criterion will not be considered or contacted.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER
Support successful execution of relevant reporting, operational requests, and relevant transactional requests for the business unit and/or client.
Conduct less complex analytics and research, and obtain/share internal and external relevant business/market data.
Assist with building and reviewing internal models, tools, processes, policies, presentations, and other related materials; challenge team and improve the underlying processes of functional area.
Assist with various initiatives, as assigned.
SHAREHOLDER
Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
Consistently exercise discretion in managing information and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriate.
Access systems, understand and apply system capabilities, ensure information is completed timely and accurately.
Update and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operations.
Escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as deemed appropriate.
Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions.
Be knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developments.
Acquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to others.
Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk activities as necessary.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.

Typically interacts with internal customers/partners.
Focus of work is on the completion of day to day or weekly processes or activities however may include monthly routine activities.
Completes work with limited degree of supervision.
Perform a range of duties and has working level knowledge of the business unit / operational functions as well as regulatory issues/requirements for jurisdictions supported.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Entry Level position, no work experience required.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with others.
Highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a proactive manner.
