Find out more at www.pwc.com.As an intern, you’ll work as part of a team of experienced consultants, supporting Managers in delivering holistic solutions to our clients, across the areas of HR operations and advisory, employment taxes, immigration, and total rewards. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow, through on the job training, with our experienced teams of consultants and have the privilege to work across various work streams within the team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting the team in developing fit-for-purpose client solutions by understanding clients’ needs, and from a holistic perspective
Developing impactful client deliverables to effectively communicate key insights
Assisting in providing comprehensive and technically excellent Singapore employment tax advisory together with our corporate tax team involving structuring, investments, M&A, family office set ups and other advisory work to a variety of Singapore/globally clients across a diverse range of industries
Assisting the development of thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trends/practices
Be involved in our ongoing business development initiatives within the team
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of services
Fostering strong relations with our client and taking a proactive role in ensuring that our clients are up to date with the key market/legislative developments
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial / Statistics, Human Resource
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong conceptual understanding of theories and frameworks
Have good co-curricular activities record
Strong passion for the consulting industry, with a keen desire to learn more about the industry
Prior experience in a consulting role is desirable, but not essential
