Ensure that all local statutory fillings for hDiversey Southeast Asia entities are properly performed in a timely manner
Co-work with controlling team and tax agent for review of monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns
Assist in review and monitoring the transfer price issues for APAC to ensure that transfer price is in compliance with the group’s policy
Assist in preparation of inter-company service arrangements and follow-up
Assist in tax inspection and audit as necessary
