A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Tax Specialist at MKS, you will partner with internal finance team and external auditors to be in compliance with local, Estatal and federal laws and rules in finance, also be always working on hand with customs team to assure compliance in IMMEX and VAT certification programs. In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Tax calculations, federal and Estatal
•Tax return fill.
•Other compliance reports (DIOT, INEGI, Conatbilidad Electronica, ETC)
• Review payroll taxes (IMSS, Guarderias, INFONAVIT, etc)
• Balance accounts reconciliation.
• Liabilities calculation.
• Safe Harbor and transfer price calculations.
• Work with audits with information requiriments.
Skills You Bring:
• Accounting, Finance, Business or related.
•3+ years in Maquila operation
• English level 80%
•Previous experience on Safe Harbor or Transfer pricing
• SAT Audits experience.
• Knowledge into IMMEX and VAT certification regulation.
• Excel, Contpaq, SAP, ORACLE
Preferred Skills:
• SAT Portal Web
•IMSS Portal Web
• Custom knowledge in Maquila environment.
•NIF, NIIF and US GAAP
