What you’ll do
As a Tax Accountant at Nutreco, you’ll be part of our international Group Tax team at the corporate headquarters in Amersfoort, reporting to the Group Tax Director. You combine technical tax accounting expertise with collaboration and continuous improvement:
Support operating companies in 40+ jurisdictions with quarterly tax accounting and reporting
Review tax positions in quarterly forecasts and ensure high‑quality group reporting
Prepare tax reporting packages and tax disclosure notes for year‑end financial statements
Drive improvements in global tax reporting processes, including further development of the OneStream tax reporting module
Prepare the corporate income tax return for the Dutch tax consolidation
Coordinate and review country‑by‑country reporting using automated solutions
Train and support financial controllers on tax accounting and reporting topics
Build strong, trusted relationships with finance and tax stakeholders across the organization
Who we’re looking for
At least 7 years of experience in tax accounting in an international environment, either in‑house or with a Big4 firm
A Master’s degree in accounting, tax economics or tax law, with a strong interest in working at the intersection of tax and finance
Experience with tax reporting under IFRS
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
A collaborative team player who is resilient, technology‑minded and takes ownership of results and continuous improvement
