Role Overview – TASKI Sales Specialist (UK)

The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) is responsible for driving TASKI’s commercial growth within a defined geographic region. The role focuses on targeted field activity, direct customer interaction, and supporting local partners to increase market penetration. The RBDM ensures consistent representation of TASKI solutions and contributes to regional sales objectives through structured business development and demonstration-led engagement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Regional Market Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Build a clear understanding of local market dynamics, key customer segments, and competitive activity.
  • Maintain an active regional pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

2. Customer Visits and Demonstrations

  • Conduct routine field visits across the region to demonstrate TASKI cleaning solutions.
  • Present product benefits in a practical, hands-on manner tailored to customer needs.
  • Document customer feedback and communicate requirements or challenges to relevant internal teams.

3. Partner and Distributor Support

  • Work closely with regional TASKI Premium Partners to support their sales and promotional efforts.
  • Assist partners during customer presentations, open days, and local events.
  • Provide ongoing product training and demonstration support to enhance partner capability.

4. Coordination with Key Account Managers

  • Support national and large-account opportunities that fall within the region.
  • Provide local insights, site-level support, and demo activity when required.
  • Ensure alignment between regional efforts and broader commercial strategies.

5. Events and Regional Representation

  • Represent TASKI at local trade shows, regional conferences, and partner-led activities.
  • Ensure products are demonstrated accurately and brand standards are maintained.

6. Operational and Field Responsibilities

  • Use the regional demo vehicle to transport equipment safely to customer sites.
  • Keep demonstration machines clean, fully operational, and ready for use.
  • Follow safety procedures and TASKI operational guidelines during all field activities.

7. Performance Tracking

  • Work toward regional revenue and activity targets defined within the annual operating plan.
  • Monitor progress and escalate any risks or gaps to line management.
  • Contribute to TASKI’s regional market presence through consistent, high-quality execution.
