Targeting Analyst Expert:
•Produce imagery intelligence products utilizing EO, IR, SAR, and commercial imagery utilizing Electronic Light Tables (ELTS) such as SOCET GXP, iSpy, and Remote View (RV).
•Conduct analysis utilizing the Joint Targeting Cycle to create Basic Target Developments (BTDs), baselines, Intermediate Target Developments (ITDs), and Advanced Target Developments (ATDs) to include Target Materials Products (TMPs) and Collateral Damage Estimation products (CDEs).
•Provide records management support to various customers utilizing databases such as the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)/National Production Workshop (NPW), Geospatially Enabled Target Materials (GETM), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), and Cedallion.
•Follow standards set by various customers, while adhering to multiple governing joint publications such as CJCSI 3370, CJCSI 3160, CJCSI 3505, CJSCI 3162, NSGI 2351, Army TCM Instruction, and IFCD.
Management:
•Serve as the local liaison between onsite customer POCs and the Contractor staff
•Provide daily leadership to a team of highly skilled professionals supporting fast paced, dynamic operational requirements
PWS Reqs:
•MS plus 10 years Intelligence experience; OR
•BS plus 15 years of Intelligence experience; OR
•20 years Intelligence experience
• Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
• Experience should include at least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP
• Expert level research and writing skills
• Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
• Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
• Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
• Current/active TS/SCI clearance w/ SSB
