Job Responsibilities:

The Talent Specialist is a part of the Sourcing & Talent Function in the AI Data team. Their primary role is to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable resources for the organization, especially focusing on AI and data services roles.
The Talent Community Specialist will have a key role in not only attracting but mainly in ensuring the qualification and vetting steps of their campaigns are efficient and timely implemented.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

Identify and attract new talent to grow the WeloData Talent Community through active sourcing. 

Assist in crowdsourcing efforts and use social media and basic SEO techniques to reach target candidates. 

- Provide an engaging pre-hire experience, supporting candidates through the application and initial qualification stages. 

- Help research and test new recruitment channels and market-specific sourcing methods. 

Maintain accurate records and data entry to ensure pipeline health stays within team standards. 

- Deliver regular reports on personal pipeline status, identifying clear blockers for the Recruiting Manager. 

Maintain a proactive attitude in monitoring candidate conversion rates and suggest ways to improve engagement. 

- Support the implementation of recruitment strategies and assist in identifying potential project risks. 

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding daily sourcing progress and candidate status. 

- Provide direct assistance to candidates for any questions or technical issues during their application process. 

- Support social media initiatives and employer branding efforts at the recruitment level. 

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar functional area. 

Previous exposure to the language services industry, AI data, or high-volume staffing is a plus. 

- Flexible and open-minded, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-changing market. 

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. 

High level of organization and the ability to track multiple candidate threads simultaneously. 

Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. 

- A solution-oriented "can-do" attitude when faced with sourcing challenges. 

- Team player who contributes to the overall success of the Talent team and enjoys collaborative environments. 

- Basic understanding of Marketing, PR, or Recruitment principles. 

- Ability to follow priority lists and handle urgent tasks as directed by the Recruiting Manager. 

- Fluency in written and verbal English. 

- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and familiarity with various internet sourcing tools. 

- Proven ability to learn new software, processes, and recruitment platforms quickly.

EDUCATION 

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
