About the Role
As a Talent Specialist at ZURU, you will get the chance to support/own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while working alongside a high-performing Talent Team.
This hands-on, fast-paced role gives you real ownership from day one. You will contribute shaping how we attract, engage, and retain top talent, enabling ZURU to grow at speed and make an impact worldwide while also letting you build your expertise across diverse markets and functions, and accelerate your career faster than a traditional TA role.
Position Impact
First 3–6 months: Get to know ZURU better. Deliver the ZURU pitch to candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers, champion the ZURU hiring framework, source top talent, and demonstrate ZURU DNA in every interaction.
Longer term: We plan that you will become a trusted talent advisor, anticipate future talent needs, build proactive global talent pipelines, and drive high-quality hiring across the business.
