Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Talent Sourcing Partner, you won’t just fill roles - you’ll future-proof our business, ensuring we have the right skills and talent to lead our Co-op into the future.
Build for tomorrow: Develop pipelines of diverse, high-quality talent for critical and emerging roles.
Think ahead: Use market insights and talent mapping to anticipate future skills needs and influence workforce planning.
Innovate sourcing: Create bold, multi-channel strategies to engage passive talent and strengthen our employer brand.
Partner for impact: Work closely with People Leaders and the wider Talent team to align sourcing with strategic priorities.
Champion diversity: Ensure our talent pools reflect the communities we serve and support our inclusion goals.
He kōrero mōu - About you
· Whilst not solely focussed on IT/tech talent, this role will have a strong lens on supporting our IT teams, so ideally, you’ll come with strong knowledge and known networks in the IT/tech space
· You’ll have proven experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, ideally in a large enterprise or agency setting.
· A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for discovering great talent.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
