Hello, future Talent Sourcing Manager
An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Sourcing Manager within our FNB Personal Segment. This role offers the chance to lead strategic talent sourcing and recruitment for roles that sit at the heart of our personal banking and customer‑centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and data.
Investigate, analyse and develop organisational best practices, ensuring and encouraging adherence to an operational framework of policies and procedures.
Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement.
Identify, manage and drive utilization of sourcing channels/tools that meet the business requirements and achieve efficiencies across business.
Monitor the effectiveness of vacancy and recruitment processes and identify improvements in order to meet critical sourcing needs.
Identify risks in area of specialisation.
Perform talent mapping and talent pipelines as a proactive means of adding competitive advantage, mitigating business risk and to minimise skill shortages.
Identify and prioritise the recruitment and selection of positions and sourcing of individuals to optimally address critical and scarce skills.
Lead end to end talent acquisition across high volume recruitment and niche/scarce skills hiring
Design and execute differentiated talent sourcing and recruitment strategies
Align hiring delivery to workforce plans, hiring forecasts and business priorities
Use recruitment analytics (time to hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance) to inform decisions
Provide market insight and hiring intelligence to stakeholders
Translate role requirements into skills-based sourcing strategies
Influence hiring decisions using data and market realities
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency and quality
Support employer branding and referral initiatives
Ensure a consistent, fair and engaging candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle
Ensure recruitment processes comply with policy, legislation and governance standards
Identify and manage recruitment risks and audit requirements
Lead, coach and develop a team of talent sourcing / recruitment professionals
Build capability across analytics, stakeholder consulting and specialist sourcing
Drive performance, accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum qualification: A post‑matric qualification at NQF Level 6 or higher, such as a Diploma or Degree, is required.
Preferred qualification: Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar
Experience:
4 - 6 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience managing high‑volume and scarce‑skills recruitment portfolios.
Experience leading or managing a recruitment or sourcing team will be advantageous
