Ready to be a Titan?
The Talent Management team operates with a clear mission: to enable every Titan to do their best work. This mission is critical because our people are the engine that allows ServiceTitan to be the operating system of the trades. We achieve this by building cohesive Talent Products that span the entire employee lifecycle—from candidate assessments and onboarding to engagement, performance, and leader development. We view each program like a product, adopting a rigorous product approach: we conduct discovery to get clear on user needs (our candidates and employees), design MVP solutions, test and iterate with real experiences in mind, and relentlessly measure success. This user-first, data-informed, and systems-oriented approach grounds our work in root-cause problem solving. It reflects a product mindset that ensures our programs solve the right problems, fit within the broader system, and drive lasting impact.
The Talent Program Manager role is a high-ownership position for our core talent development products: Onboarding and Manager & Leader Development. In this role you'll operationalize and drive immediate efficiencies to existing programs, while simultaneously rethinking our existing programs and redesigning them, taking them from 0 to 1. This is a unique opportunity to build talent development programs in new ways, bringing clarity to user problems, defining what content and tools will help, and moving toward just-in-time training and development. Your work will directly shape how employees ramp and how leadership capability scales across the company, acting as a critical enabler for ServiceTitan's next chapter of growth.
What you’ll do:
As the Talent Program Manager, you will operate as a strategic builder, owning the end-to-end employee experience for our critical talent development products.
Define and Drive the Talent Development Roadmap: Own the vision, goals, and principles for our Onboarding and Manager/Leader Development programs. This includes identifying the biggest areas of opportunity, prioritizing feature improvements, and continuously exploring innovative solutions like advanced tooling and AI for global scalability.
Be the 0-to-1 Builder and Operator: Lead programs from inception to scale, operating simultaneously at the 10,000-foot strategy level and by rolling up your sleeves for hands-on delivery. This includes maintaining existing programs (e.g., the current 3-day onboarding), identifying quick wins for optimization, while also rethinking program foundations to scale for global regions and new personas.
Design and Partner to Ship Just-In-Time Experiences: Move beyond basic, one-size-fits-all programming by defining the program vision, user needs, and journey maps for key user personas (e.g., new hires, first-time managers, senior leaders). You will partner with the right internal teams and select and manage external vendors to bring the content to life, experiment with different modalities, and translate leader capabilities into practical, high-impact experiences.
Apply a Data-Driven Product Mindset: Work backwards from measurable goals, conducting discovery and using design thinking to co-create iterative solutions. You will experiment with Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive adoption and continuously iterate before scaling, and rigorously measure program effectiveness against business impact.
Drive Program Management, Comms, and Change Management: Serve as the central Project Manager for your programs, translating strategy into working plans with clear milestones and ownership. You will champion communications, change management, and enablement for all programs, executing on your vision to get changes out the door.
Influence and Align Critical Stakeholders: Corral the right partners (HRBPs, People Ops, Business Leaders) at the right time, building strong relationships and creating alignment across the organization. You will influence without formal authority by communicating with clarity and warmth to drive successful outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
We believe that how you operate is more important than where you’ve worked. We are focused on the unique mix of skills and mindset needed to succeed in this high-growth, ambiguous environment.
