Job Description:

Creates, delivers and manages a broad array of talent programs to attract, develop and retain the best leaders and engaged employees. Specific areas include talent management, performance management, career development, culture and engagement programs, succession planning, individual and organizational assessment, and executive coaching. Partners with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies to meet business, function and regional priorities. Develops competency models and facilitates talent evaluations. Analyzes performance, assessment and talent data, facilitates talent planning/calibration sessions and addresses executive and employee talent gaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, rollout and governance of global People Development programs that deliver measurable business outcomes, aligned to HPE strategy and leadership competencies.
  • Build and monitor program success criteria, KPIs and dashboards using people analytics, regularly present insights and recommended actions to senior leaders.
  • Design and run talent planning, calibration and succession planning processes for global and regional leadership populations; facilitate highimpact talent review sessions.
  • Develop competency models, assessment frameworks and calibration approaches; manage thirdparty assessments and internal evaluation programs.
  • Support executive recruiting and slating for critical roles; advise on candidate development, readiness and mobility opportunities.
  • Oversee executive and senior leader coaching programs; select and manage external coaches where required.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for program launches and major updates; create communications, leader toolkits and learning resources.
  • Manage program budgets, vendor relationships and continuous improvement efforts to optimize cost and impact at scale.
  • Mentor and coach junior HR colleagues; contribute to HR policy, standards and global rollouts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
  • 6+  years’ progressive experience in HR talent, leadership development, or organization effectiveness, including experience with global programs and senior stakeholder influence.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and running succession, talent calibration, assessment and executive coaching programs for large employee populations.
  • Strong proficiency with people systems and analytics (e.g., Workday, learning platforms, HR analytics tools); ability to translate data into action.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management experience, including budget and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology or highly matrixed global organizations.
  • Certifications in assessment, coaching or change management.
  • US location, willingness to work CST with location preference in CST.
  • Superior written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience working with executives
  • Understanding of HR compliance, Talent, and total rewards.
  • Preferred knowledge of Workday, skills in Power BI.
