Ecolab is building a talent pool for Integrated Pest Management Representative roles to join its industry-leading Pest Elimination team. In this position, you will provide timely, cost-effective pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers. You will deliver 24/7 brand protection to clients, including commercial businesses such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail stores, and food and beverage processing plants. What you will do:
Provide 100% field-based Integrated Pest Management services to each of your customers to maintain a pest-free environment with quality and timeliness:
Perform pest control services for assigned customers, ensuring quality, punctuality, and compliance with protocols
Diagnose infestations, apply treatments, and provide preventive recommendations
Prepare electronic reports and maintain updated logs and site diagrams

Minimum requirements:
Education: High school diploma preferred
Previous customer service or field service experience
Prior pest elimination experience preferred
Availability to work flexible schedules
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience (applies to some positions)
