Your Role at impact.com:

As a Talent Partner based in Malaysia, you will be the driving force behind our growth across the high-potential APJ and China landscape, spanning from Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, ANZ and China. You won't just fill seats; you will be a strategic consultant to our leadership, helping to build high-performing GTM and Corporate teams that reflect our global culture and local market nuances. This is a unique opportunity to own a diverse international portfolio and solve complex hiring puzzles in some of the world's most dynamic tech markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Success), Corporate Functions, and specialised Tech roles across China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver a smooth, high-quality hiring experience.
  • Source and engage top talent across multiple markets using creative outreach, networks, and platforms. 
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process, helping us build more representative, inclusive teams.
  • Optimise recruitment processes by leveraging data, tools, and feedback to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for impact.com, bringing our story to life in interviews and events

What you bring: 

  • Recruitment experience: You have a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Regional Expertise: Experience hiring across multiple APJ and China markets (such as China, Southeast Asia, Japan, or ANZ) and an understanding of the different cultural nuances involved in recruitment.
  • Functional Versatility: Comfortable switching gears between hiring for GTM, Corporate, and Technical roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: The confidence to advise senior leaders, manage expectations, and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, "figure-it-out" mindset with the ability to thrive in a global team where collaboration happens across various time zones.

Nice to Have:

  • Fluency in a second language relevant to our regions (e.g Mandarin)  is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
