The Talent Partner for Human Resources Employee Partners (HREPs) is a specialized talent advisor who plays a central role in shaping and guiding core talent initiatives across the organization. This role reports to the Director of Talent Management, with a matrix reporting relationship to the VP, HR Employee Partners.

As a trusted consultant, this position owns the servicing and triage of assigned client groups, ensuring HREP leaders receive the right talent expertise at the right time. The role acts as a coach to the HREP leadership team on enterprise talent offerings, development strategies, and organizational effectiveness (OE) needs—providing informed guidance on when internal solutions or external vendors are most appropriate.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for talent-related inquiries within assigned client groups, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate Talent Center of Excellence (COE) services
  • Ensure HREP leadership teams remain informed of the latest Talent Management, Learning & Development, Culture, Organizational Effectiveness, Change, and Engagement offerings
  • Partner with Americas and EMEA leads while providing consultative support to APAC as needed, capturing and escalating regional voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Coach HREPs on foundational organizational effectiveness (OE) tools, frameworks, and team effectiveness practices, including advising when to leverage external vendors for more complex interventions
  • Support the preparation and delivery of team sessions and facilitate targeted interventions to enhance team performance and effectiveness
  • Act as a steward of key talent processes, including performance insights impact, individual development plans, mentorship programs, and enterprise talent tools
  • Partner with HREPs to activate talent actions and development plans arising from talent reviews, councils, and other talent discussions
  • Support the identification, development, and visibility of high-potential top talent and leadership pipelines
  • Support other talent partners with talent brokerage across SBUs and functions, including succession planning and talent segmentation, as needed
  • Provide feedback to enterprise talent teams on the effectiveness of talent processes, tools, and technologies to support ongoing enhancement

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management.
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in large, complex, global organizational environments.
  • Experience working in agile environments with ambiguity.
  • Understand a business scenario and problem solve talent solutions

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management Partner within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience applying change management principles.
  • Experience coaching leaders and translating talent insights into action.
  • Strong Business Acumen

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

*Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
