Location: Columbia, MO (On-Site) Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Are you a "people person" who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a high-energy, self-starting Talent & Operations Coordinator to be our "boots on the ground" in Columbia. You will partner directly with our Lead Recruiter (remote) to manage the local candidate experience, keep our office culture thriving, and ensure our operations run like a well-oiled machine.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • The Face of Recruitment: You’ll manage the "Final Mile" of hiring. This includes greeting walk-in applicants, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience from the moment they walk through the door.

  • On-Site Brand Ambassador: You will coordinate and attend local hiring events, job fairs, and community outings to keep our talent pipeline full.

  • Culture Creator: From coordinating team lunches to celebrating "Day 1" orientations, you’ll be the heartbeat of our local office culture.

  • Operational Support: You’ll keep us organized by tracking applicant flow (who started, how they’re doing), assisting with dispatch/office tasks as needed, and maintaining safety compliance documentation.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site interviews and manage the "Walk-in Wednesday" flow.

  • Track and report on new hire progress and retention.

  • Coordinate local office events, meetings, and team-building lunches.

  • Provide "Jack-of-all-trades" support to dispatch and other departments during peak times.

  • Greet all visitors with professional energy and direct calls to the appropriate teams.

  • Ensure the office and conference rooms are always ready and professional.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Zoom/Teams and Microsoft Office.

  • Education: High School Diploma required; 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced office, recruiting, or hospitality environment preferred.
