<title>About the role</title>
<text>
Join our Talent Management team and get hands-on experience in how we grow leaders, build skills, and shape performance across a global organisation.

We are hiring two interns across distinct focus areas:

Leadership Development: Building strong leaders and management capability at scale through structured programmes and development journeys.

Talent & Performance: Shaping our learning platforms, curating skill-based learning journeys, and strengthening how performance and development connect across Bolt.

Both roles offer exposure to how people processes and capability-building initiatives operate at scale. You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical insight into how learning, performance, and leadership frameworks drive organisational success.

If you’re curious about how companies intentionally develop talent in a fast-moving environment, this is your front-row seat.
