Inclusion Specialist is a pivotal role for this. You will join our Talent &
Inclusion team, supporting the coordination and delivery of inclusion
(DEI) activity across the UK & Ireland affiliates. This role plays an
important part in helping create a workplace where everyone feels
valued, supported and able to thrive.
Your unique contribution
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day inclusion activity,
ensuring projects run smoothly, communications land well, and
colleagues across both countries have a consistent and engaging
experience. This is a hands-on coordination role with a strong focus on
organisation, communication and supporting employee networks.
